City of Malibu DEBRIS REMOVAL PROGRAM is Now available DEADLINE TO OPT IN - MARCH 31, 2025

In Malibu, the debris removal process is conducted in two phases each of which is managed by different agencies. 

Phase One: Household Debris Inspection and EPA Clearance.

Phase Two: You may choose to have your debris removal conducted by the County-run program or to manage the removal on your own with an approved contractor. Both options require completion of the Phase One inspection and EPA Clearance.
