They also provide for the suspension of additional building code standards to facilitate faster and more cost-efficient recovery, waiver of LA City discretionary review, and details regarding permitting of new fire rebuild ADU’s.

A second EO by Gov Newson focuses specifically on the California Coastal Commission and directs the commission not to create confusion by issuing guidance or taking any action that interferes with or conflicts with the Governor’s executive orders”
